I got another rough week QuQ
First, my laptop's battery died on me. Then not a week after I bought a new one, this another 'service recommended' notice popped up. Fortunately, I still have the warranty so I just need to go to the computer store later... I suspect they're selling me second goods. I need to look for a new store.
While I'm at it, I'll also replace my laptop's keyboard. The brackets suddenly stopped responding, along with the 'up' and 'down' arrows.
Also, is it normal for a macbook charger to become very hot during use? I can't even pull it off without wincing.
I googled it and some article said the adapter might be broken? In any case, I'll also bring it with me later to check--can the weather affect it? I mean, the weather has been really hot these days. My electric fan didn't even help much, it's literally spitting hot air x_x
In any case, here's last week's progress!
- 17 pages programmed in! I know, not so much compared to other weeks Q_Q
The battery died when I did some programming and of course, I haven't saved OTL in the end, I only managed to program the beginning of the first battle (including the branches).
- Fixed the antagonist's fighting sprite. I noticed that his sword is a bit too long ><
- The usual polishing and editing~
I didn't reach the weekly quota of 20 pages so as compensation, I'll post the background where the final battle will take place for my patrons on Patreon today and post it for public next week! -^.^)/

Guntur: *knocks the top bunkbed* "Wake up, sleepyhead! We gotta go early today!"
Kahlil: "...ZzzzzZzzz..."
Guntur: "RISE AND SHINE!"
Kahlil: "...! Grk--I'm up! I'm up!"
Guntur: "Brush your teeth and get a shower! C'mon! Up! Up!"
Kahlil: "Sheesh..." *yawns, sits up from the bed... and...*
Kahlil: "..............Zzz..."
Guntur: "KAHLIL!"
Kahlil: "Wha--I said, I'm up!" *hastily & embarrassingly climbs down the bed before locking the bathroom*
*30 minutes later...*
Guntur: "Breakfast is ready! Where's that kid?"
Guntur: "Oh well, I'll just go to the bathroom for a sec... hmm?"
*the bathroom is locked so Guntur begins to knock*
Guntur: "Kahlil? Are you in there?"
...............
Guntur: "Kahlil? I need to use the bathroom!"
..............................ZzZzzzZzz....
Guntur: "GODDAMMIT KAHLIL!!!"
Arya:
...........beep... beep...! Click.
Arya: "......." *wakes up exactly at two rings and immediately washes his face*
*The room's silence is broken once more with the sound of water running, but other than that, the room is silent. Almost eerily so. Arya lives behind a church. It hasn't been opened ever since the last incident*
*After washing his face, brushes his teeth, and taking a bath, Arya takes a seat in front of his working table as usual*
Arya: "......"
*As he waits for his laptop to load, he looks to the side where a single picture frame stands*
*The picture contains a man with two boys. One is Arya, the other one had his face cut out*
Arya: "...Morning, Father."

When they opened up my laptop, the laptop fan is fine, only the speaker crack a bit. I got it cleaned and even bought a laptop cooling pad so I think it should be fine now :'3 As for the charger, because I still have warranty, I traded it with a new one! This one is not as hot as the one before, so here I am, crossing my fingers! ><

Man, something very bad happened to me, someone decided to sign up on a porn website using my school email, and now a lot of random people have my personal information and I'm getting lots of nudes and that stuff from older girls......*sigh* They're going to delete my school email and give me a new one, and there's a lot of info I'm going to lose......and I have this one messed up teacher......my gosh-- it was all well until yesterday D:
I hope they find that sicko of a classmate that decided to do this and think it was funny, they even know where I live-- sheesh.
I hope you fix your pc and get a new adapter, ones that overheat are at risk of causing a fire :0

But I'm scared because random p*ornstars now know where I live, go to school, my full name, who my parents are and some other things--- I even have to cover my camera and man, this took a toll on me because I broke down yesterday, I-- I even found out something suspicious about my school, the fact that they can control my own personal laptop, outside of chrome, I never gave them access...
*sigh* The school doesn't want to admit that there is a fault on their part and are saying that its my fault, because my email is logged into some personal websites (excuuuuuse me, but I don't log into anything but schoolwork with my school email, wtf, haven't they considered my email is....HACKED?!) now my parents are mad at the school and are on their way to schedule a meeting.
its also weird, how the principals are dismissing this and don't want to schedule a meeting, they are refusing.....Weird....huh. I really wanna find this sicko cause now I have pedos emailing me and sending me unsolicited pics.... :(

As for my laptop, turns out the 'Service Recommended' notice is because something went wrong with the MAC OS update =_= and the clerk said I had to re-install it.
It's also okay not to re-install it though. The laptop is working fine, just the Safari browser freezing every now and then. I have other priorities so the laptop re-installing will have to wait for now~
The preparations are going good! I still need to find a pair of red shoes to go with my Sangjit dress and my mother-in-law said something about trying to print the wedding invitations sometime this week. I hope she's satisfied with it--she's probably one of my hardest clients. I think I've told you before in an old update? I made 5-6 designs but then I ended up making a new one just for her :"))
In any case, here's hoping for better days ahead!

Oof it seems like you had a rough week :( Yeah, if you have an old mac it heats up very easily- the battery died on me a few times (probably because I overcharged but yeah, mac can be sensitive). And yeahhh it's hot here too, I think it's just summer saying yo it's ur boi again. June is coming and it's usually the hottest in the year. Anyway, hang in there, SweetChiel! You're doing great!

Yeah, I must say my mac is pretty old--mine is version 2012 so I guess I should be grateful that it's still alive and kicking :'D I feel you though! I remember how I panicked when that happened to me. The battery died, the laptop died, and they refuse to turn on. I thought I lost all of my work's progress. I cried my eyes out when the store clerk managed to recover my files QuQ
And oh boy, summer is here indeed and it's hotter than ever x-x
