Hi, guys! What's up?
How did your week go? Mine was very busy--you might've noticed already, but yes, I was dedicating myself to fix Bermuda's bug last week 😂
So far, 4 bugs were fixed! It's all thanks to you guys who is very supportive and the reports I got helps me very much. Bermuda is improving everyday and I couldn't be happier, which is why I'm here to encourage you: if you find more bugs in Bermuda, please don't hesitate to tell me & comment below! Grammar mistakes or typos are also welcome ^.^)/ Just remember that I'll need to know a part the original sentence so I can do a quick search on the scripts.
Ah, but one thing to note is:
- If you set your PC to save to Cloud, you might have some difficulty updating Bermuda's game version.
This happened to KSR1. He/she finished Kahlil's route in ver. 1.4.3 and when he/she tried to update to ver. 1.4.4, he/she cannot skip through Kahlil's scenes, even when his route is already completed! We tried to copy and paste the file 'persistent' from the 'saves' folder (from 1.4.3 to 1.4.4. but it didn't work and he/she cannot find %AppData% on the PC because it's automatically save things into Cloud.)
The only solution we found is: To repeat Kahlil's route once again in 1.4.4.
If you guys have the same PC setting (saves to Cloud) and found a similar problem + have a solution please tell us!
In the meantime, I will be on stand by this week. K D is working on improving Bermuda's grammar and just in case, I will be waiting if you guys have more bugs for me to fix ^.^)/ if things go smoothly, I should be able to start making Bermuda's Special Wallpaper next week!

Hi, it's been a while i checked itchio and when i did it, i saw that your game was completed and i was so happy :D (sorry for my english, I understand better than i wrote it xD )
So first thank you for your hard and good work. I can tell you it will one of my favorite game. I finished only khalil route for the moment, the story is amazing. I really love the plot.
I'm currently playing Guntur route, i have the same bug as princess but it's after the day 127 when i choose to do the laundry .

Unfortunately, I still cannot find the error in the script coding & the only solution I can give you for now is to pick the other task in order to bypass it :')
Oh but the good news is:
the first person who reported this bug, suddenly solved this bug after the 1.4.4 update. I don't know how this happened, maybe Ren'Py is messing with us? x_x I'll keep you updated!

Hey Chiel, day 127 when clicking on do laundry in Gunter's route, the game jumps or returns to main menu

Yes, someone also get the same bug and said this only happens when Laundry fails on Day127. The funny thing is I tried to replicate this bug but nothing happens to me ^^; there's also no error pop up so I'm honestly confused. But from what I heard, you can bypass it by doing other task or succeed Laundry! I hope that helps, princessbarb21!
That's strange, it keeps happening when it fails after bypassing it . odd that you have no problems.

I also checked for typos and compared the Laundry's codes to the other tasks, but they're all the same... I honestly don't know what Ren'Py wants from me :')
I can send you a video recording of me going from Day 126 -128 to show that I have no problem when Laundry fails--add me on Facebook (Cecilia Sabrina Susanto), or give me your email maybe?

I just kept trying every time it happens.
honestly at first I thought there might be a jump or return misplaced but that doesn't seem to be the case. Renpy is a bit fussy. it could be a space or anything.
I'm learning to do basic stuff with it myself
I've also had the same problem so I did other tasks and saved to see if I could complete the task so its not just you. I got through it by saving a bunch honestly
Funny enough when I got on ver 1.4.4 it didn't have that issue for me any more. So it's def a weird gremlin just... taunting us all.
(Also I DMed you on DA to ask something since I didn't want any potential spoilers on here, heh.)

I've also had the same problem, but on day 124 and one more time a few days earlier (around day 120 I think?). I ended up doing other chores and on day 127 I could do laundry again. I'm making a lot of saves, if it breaks, I'll report back!
It broke again on day 129. I loaded the game again, pressed the skip button and chose laundry, and that worked the second time, how odd
For anyone who has the updating issue, you don't have to labor through a standard repeat. I set my skip feature to skip all messages (which includes "unseen") and continue skipping after selections. I then redid Kahlil's entire route in under 30 minutes (select all the same choices so that you don't miss anything). After this, I changed my skip settings back to normal and was able to skip through common scenes in the other routes.
